Our Assisted Living services at Silverbell Manor support residents who want their independence with daily help. Personalized plans may include:

  • Medication Management: Trained staff ensures medications are taken correctly.
  • Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming — with dignity.
  • Daily Living Support: Meals, housekeeping, laundry, and routines.
  • Social Engagement: Activities that keep mind and body active.

Our Memory Care program is specifically designed for individuals facing memory challenges, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We understand the complexities of memory loss and are dedicated to providing specialized care that enhances the quality of life for our residents. Key features of our Memory Care services include:

  • Safe and Secure Environment: Our facility is designed with safety in mind, featuring secure areas to prevent wandering and ensure the well-being of residents.
  • Individualized Care Plans: We work closely with families to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each resident. Our approach focuses on maintaining dignity and promoting independence.
  • Cognitive Engagement Activities: We offer a range of activities aimed at stimulating cognitive function and encouraging social interaction. These may include memory games, arts and crafts, music therapy, and reminiscence activities that help residents connect with their past.
  • Trained Staff: Our team is specially trained in memory care techniques, enabling them to provide compassionate support and effective communication strategies that are essential for individuals with cognitive impairments.
  • Family Support: We believe in the importance of family involvement in the care process. We provide resources and support for families to help them navigate the challenges of memory loss and maintain strong connections with their loved ones.
